These terms apply when you use this website and when you get a quote, buy a battery, or have a battery delivered by Battery Centre Co Pty Ltd (ABN 35 702 918 376), referred to as "we" or "us".
By asking for a quote or accepting one, you agree to these terms.
02Quotes and prices
- This website has no online checkout. Prices are given by quote when you call, text, or visit the counter.
- A quote is based on the details you give us, such as the vehicle, boat, or machine and your address. If those details change or are not correct, the quote may change.
- A sale is made only when you accept the quote and we confirm it.
- Prices are in Australian dollars.
03Product information
Photos on this website are for illustration and may not show the exact battery you receive. Range names and descriptions are a guide only. We confirm the exact battery for your vehicle, boat, or machine before supply.
YHI Power and Battery World names and logos belong to their owners.
04Availability
Stock depends on our suppliers. If the battery you asked for is not available, we will let you know before supply, and you can choose not to go ahead.
05Delivery and collection
- We deliver only within a 5 km radius of our counter at 205 Tenth Avenue, Austral NSW 2179.
- We confirm your address is inside the radius before we accept the order.
- We agree a delivery time with you when we confirm the order.
- If your address is outside the radius, ask us about collecting from the counter.

06Payment
We tell you how and when to pay when we confirm your quote.
07Your consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Any manufacturer's warranty that comes with a battery is in addition to these rights.

Information on this website is general. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.

09Liability
